This is my latest commission. This giant rug was made for a 9yr old dinosaur obsessed boy for his Christmas. I thoroughly enjoyed designing this.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This Star rug was made for my nephew for his first Christmas, to go with his twinkle star themed nursery. You wouldn’t believe how complicated a simple star design can be, when you have a maximum size for the very tips, and a minimum size for the centre to allow for rolling and playing space. Thankfully my brother reminded me of my junior school mathematics, and the use of arcs with string and a pencil worked a treat.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I also had these pelmets finished in time for Christmas.

 

 

 

 

 

The workshop has made a leap forward and we now have more of a roof, though foul weather is still hampering progress. Words can not express how desperate I am to get into my own space and start creating.

    That dinosaur rug is way fun! I would have loved that for my boys when they were younger.

      Thank you Nicole, My Son would have loved that too, but he says he’s too old for it now! He’s only 12, (Still my baby).

      Thank you Heather. I’m showing signs of pushyitis, so we don’t talk about it in the house. I know Mark is working as hard as is physically possible, considering he has to work it around farming. It will get there and it will be the best work space I ever had. Happy days x
